Pakistan Presidential Election 2013
The voting for Pakistan’s 12th presidential election has completed today. The members of Senate, National Assembly and all the four provincial assemblies have cast their votes to elect a new president, who would replace President Zardari after the completion of the latter’s five-year term. According to the Constitution of Pakistan, the election of the president is mandatory one month prior to the retirement of the incumbent one.
